  1. The Mind Control Debate is Over. What Next? by Cheryl Welsh, director, Mind Justice, February 2008. An Adobe Reader pdf Version is available(143k).

  2. In Contravention of Conventional Wisdom, CIA “no touch” torture (also available as a pdf) makes sense out of mind control allegations, by Cheryl Welsh January 2008. The similarities are striking, as if a government manual for mind control targeting has been found. Now studies of allegations have a scientific framework from which to begin.

  3. John Ginter died of lung cancer, October 24, 2007. He was 70. His story is posted at http://mindjustice.org/ginter.htm.  John told the hospice worker that he accomplished the two things he wanted to. One was to take care of his German mother. And the other was "to expose the M.I.N.D. device ." In 1967, Dr. Schmidt, the chief psychiatrist of San Quentin told John that they had used a M.I.N.D. device or magnetic integrated neuron duplicator on him as well as General Erwin Walker. Walker was the target of a missed gunshot by Oswald at the time of the JFK murder. General Walker, like John was known for his strong political opinions. John was an avid reader and a great mind control researcher. He knew so much about alternative press and issues. He will be greatly missed. As a result of John's experience, I named Mind Justice.org after the M.I.N.D. device and have promised John I will continue looking for this machine.

  4. Electromagnetic Aspect of Mind Control: A Scientific Analysis by Vladimir N. Binhi, Copyright, June 2007. (Also available: Adobe pdf Version - 700k.) This paper was made possible by a grant from the Angelic HarpFoundation.

Book: MagnetobiologyReliable information on this issue is almost impossible to find. EMR or electromagnetic weapons are known to be classified and human rights groups cannot evaluate the threat. Now Professor Vladimir N. Binhi explains the science of EMR mind control so that the general public and disarmament groups have facts and expert opinion beyond the U.S. military's 'no comment' stance. Vladimir N. Binhi, a physicist at the General Physics Institute, Russian Academy of Sciences, is well known for his work on bioelectromagnetics and magnetobiology. He is author of the 2002 book, Magnetobiology, Underlying Physical Problems. This book may be found at universities including University of California, Davis. "Magnetobiology" presents a thorough review of virtually all relevant experimental data and theoretical concepts from the viewpoint of theoretical physics. It also discusses all major modern hypotheses on the physical nature of magnetobiological effects and discusses some problems that still await solution. The foreword was written by the late Professor A.M. Prokhorov, Physics Nobel Prize Winner.
